February: ATTUNE
January opened the door.
February asks us to listen.
This month at Metta — and across everything I teach — the theme is ATTUNE.
Attune to your body.
Attune to your breath.
Attune to the patterns that guide you when you slow down enough to notice.
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about choosing better — with awareness.
When you learn to listen, everything changes.

A quick update as MettaLuna settles into its next rhythm:
✨ All live classes will now run directly on YouTube
(No Zoom needed — just click, join, and practice.)
✨ The schedule has been refined
Morning and evening times were adjusted to create better flow, consistency, and sustainability.
This shift allows me to: • simplify the tech
• improve sound and video quality
• show up more consistently
• and build MettaLuna with intention, not overwhelm
Nothing about the heart of the practice has changed — only the container supporting it.
Thank you for growing with me as this evolves.
I’m excited about the rhythm we’re stepping into 🌙
Come as you are.

What is level 1 yoga?
Level 1 YogaWorks inspired yoga classes are carefully cued to create the perfect foundation for those who are newer to yoga. Poses are broken down for emphasis on alignment and best practices, and with the use of props and modifications, beginners can expect a fine-tuned, accommodating foray into the YogaWorks style of yoga.
What is level 1/2 yoga?
Vinyasa Flow YogaWorks inspired 1-2 classes are with less detailed explanations of the poses. It is also an introduction to Sun Salutations, designed for yogis who have practiced Vinyasa Yoga for at least a month, Vinyasa Flow 1-2 classes feature a few more intermediate postures and a faster overall pace.
What is level 2/3 yoga?
Vinyasa Flow 2-3 classes are for intermediate to advanced practitioners looking to explore the depths of their practice with advanced balancing postures, backbends and inversions. Level 2-3 classes should be tried after at least six months of regular 1-2/2 classes. endurance in both body and mind will be required as well. I recommend taking at least Three Vinyasa Flow 1-2 class before trying the level 2-3. Yogis new who have had a consistent yoga practice in the Vinyasa style may feel more comfortable jumping right into the level 2-3.
