It’s not about perfection — it’s about consistency with compassion:
3–5 days/week of intentional movement (strength, yoga, cardio, dance — mix it up!)
Stretching daily, even just 5–10 minutes
Mobility work to support your joints and posture
Rest days that don’t mean doing nothing — but nourishing your body in gentler ways
And don’t forget: joyful movement counts — walking your dog, dancing in the kitchen, stretching in your PJs — it’s all valid.
