Barre 45

Barre is an all Intensity Interval barre workout with light-medium impact, that will define your muscles and lengthen your body. This is a true Pilates-based and Ballet-inspired class. I promise to have you feeling strong and long all the days long! If no sign ups or no show 15 mins after class start time, class will automatically be canceled.
