Movement and Mobility 2/3

A heat building, mindful movement flow that allows strength and balance for the body and mind. Creative movement to keep the joints healthy and mobile as they build endurance through powerful stabilizing asanas with fluid movement. If no sign ups or no show 15 mins after class start time, class will automatically be canceled.
